Reach Your Fitness's aim is to identify  your fitness goals and design an exercise programmme that taps in to your strength and determination to achieve  those goals.

Guidance and advice is provided through every exercise and workout making sure you get the fullest benefit possible..

Sessions are adapted to provide variety and challenge you as you get fitter.

Getting fit and staying fit is not all about discomfort and pain. It provides satisfaction  and a sense of achievement as you progress to your goals and knowing that you are healthier and happier.

SERVICES

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Train with up to 3 friends helping to encourage and push each other to your fitness goals, with individual regular assessments and progress reports.

Group Classes

Regular pre set circuit training for 5 or more participants.

PERSONAL TRAINING

I provide bespoke fitness programmes geared to your goals with regular assessments and progress reports.

Services

I train outdoors or in your home or garden, whichever suits you best, using body weight, hand weights, dumb bells, kettlebells and suspension equipment, to improve your cardio and respiratory health, muscle endurance, stamina, mobility and stability.

BODY WEIGHT WORKOUT
Challenge gravity and your own body's resistance with what you've been given to get fit, (maybe a sneaky hand weight now and again). Once you've got the basics train on your own any time any place.
